  Onsite management is great, the management company not so great. Very rude and unprofessional. Makes rules but doesn't follow through unless he doesn't like you. Threatens to evict for stupid reasons when many other tenants are breaking the same rule. Discriminates if your disabled. Don't live here. Management does his best to fix these up but is boss who owns them keeps them run down and they shouldn't even be lived in til they have had a lot of upgrades.

  I never knew a bank could be so personable till we started doing business banking here. They always know who you are when you walk in the door and you don't have to deal with loooong waits and being hit up to open a credit card every time you're in there like certain other banks *cough*wellsfargo*cough*

• Review of "Darin Maddy - COUNTRY Financial representative" at McMinnville

  This guy is the worst. I had Country Financial insurance for 2 years, and Darin Maddy was my agent. In the 2 years I was with them, I called him a total of 2 times. The first call was to ask why my rate had gone up for no apparent reason. Darin's response was "That's insurance, & rates go up". I was a little upset about that, but it was only a few dollars, so I didn't make a big deal about it. However, the second time I called was after my car had been broken into in front of my house. Among the stolen items was a spare key to my vehicle, so I asked Darin if my insurance would cover the cost to re-key my car entry. He told me that it would not be covered, and even if it was covered, I would have to pay a high deductible. I was upset about it, so I told him, "what's the point then". His response to me was "You know, every time I talk to you I get nothing but a bunch of belly aching". I was absolutely floored by his response. How can you talk to a customer that way? I immediately told him not to worry, because I was going to be dropping my insurance with him right away & he wouldn't have to hear my "Belly aching" anymore. I immediately dropped my insurance with him, & by the way, I got much better insurance, with a lower deductible at a much cheaper price from Geico. So, I highly recommend looking at Geico instead of Country Financial insurance if you are looking for car or home insurance. Darin is completely unprofessional and rude.
